Usually made from corn sugar. Works as a moisturizer and solvent, helping other ingredients blend well.
A plant-based humectant. Pulls moisture into hair and keeps formulas smooth.
A lightweight moisturizer that also helps deliver other actives into hair.
Derived from sugarcane or corn. Hydrates and also supports preservation.
Cleansers & Foam Boosters
Gently cleanse the hair and scalp, removing buildup and oil without stripping, while creating a soft, satisfying lather.
A sulfate-free cleanser that removes buildup and excess oil. Gentler than sulfates but more effective and stable than plant-based surfactants.
Made from coconut oil. A mild cleanser and foam booster that's gentle on the scalp.
A very mild coconut-based cleanser, often used in baby products. Cleans without stripping.
Fatty acids from coconut oil. Help cleanse but also condition hair.
A mild cleanser that helps with lather.
