Subscribe & Save: Subscription and Cancellation Policy

How it works

Pick Subscribe & Save on a product page. Then choose how often you want it. We send it on that schedule, so you never run out.

You can subscribe to:

• Smoothing Gel: every 4, 6, or 8 weeks
• Hair Mask Treatment: every 8, 12, or 16 weeks
• Gentle Shampoo, Moisture Conditioner, and Leave-In Conditioner: every 6, 8, or 10 weeks

Routines and sets are not part of Subscribe & Save.

Your savings

The more often you get it, the more you save:

• Most often: save 15%
• In the middle: save 12%
• Least often: save 10%

You save on every subscription order, starting with your first. Orders over $30 ship free in Canada.

There is no minimum number of orders. Your savings are yours to keep, even if you cancel.

Changing or skipping

Log in to your account at account.quismhairhealth.com and open Subscriptions. You can also use the "Manage your subscription" link in your order emails. From there you can:

• Skip your next order
• Pause, then start again when you are ready
• Update your address or card

Want a different schedule? Email us and we will change it for you.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Log in to your account, open your subscription, and choose Cancel subscription. Or email us and we will do it for you.

To stop your next order, cancel by 11:59 p.m. ET the day before your next billing date.

Once you cancel, you will not get any more orders or charges. Just need a break? Pause instead.

Billing

We charge the card you used at checkout on each order date. You get an email for every order.

Forgot to skip an order? Email us before it ships and we will cancel it and refund you. Once it ships, our Refund Policy applies.
